General relaxation is a matter of survival when engaged in a number of projects. Often I use it as a clearing of the slate (or an etch a sketch for the body).

Yes – yoga and meditation feed into my practice on a daily basis. I use both as an unwinding of the body and the mind. a way to ease physical and mental tension. Before performances I often do a 7 minute grounding meditation to connect myself to the ground and the sky.

Meditation has a way of allowing me to suspend my disbelief in moments of deep fatigue. i am able to feel the resilience of the body.
General relaxation is a matter of survival when engaged in a number of projects. Often I use it as a clearing of the slate (or an etch a sketch for the body).
